I have found that each property I photograph is unique  in terms of location, size (either in square footage or number of rooms),  community amenities, and level of preparedness for photos.

For example, a shoot involving an 1800 square foot home that has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and no pool will take less time than an 1800 square foot home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, private pool and resort-style community amenities.

To account for all these variables, I do not have a fixed price list. The cost of a shoot generally starts at $125.  Please feel free to ask me for an estimate.
